Summer of 69, es un tema de Brian Adams publicado por primera vez en 1984 e incluido en el álbum Reckless; y es ya, como su autor, un clásico del rock, llegando a estrenar número 1 en 2006 con la versión incluida en un álbum recopilatorio.

Como curiosidad y chascarrillo, cabe destacar la confesión hecha al respecto de esta canción por el propio Brian Adams… el 69 del título del tema, que parece aludir al año en cuestión, poco o nada tiene que ver con el final de los 70 pues Brian Adams tenía entonces solo 10 años, es en realidad un guiño de doble sentido…
