U2 es una banda de rock, originaria de Dublín, formada en 1976 por Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton y Larry Mullen.

El sonido inicial de U2 tenía sus raíces en el post-punk, aunque posteriormente destacan por haber recorrido diversos estilos musicales convirtiéndose en una de las bandas más reconocidas en la actualidad, tanto por su larga carrera como productividad musical.

How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb su supuso en 2004 una vuelta a sus raices más rockeras. Llegó a vender más de nueve millones de copias.

Vertigo fue el primer single del álbum lanzado en septiembre de 2004. Consigue atrapar con ese vertiginoso ritmo.
